Welcome to AIGC 2026

The 4th International Conference on AI-Generated Content (AIGC 2026) will be held in Guangzhou, China, on December 26–27, 2026. As artificial intelligence continues to evolve from content generation toward more intelligent, multimodal, interactive, and autonomous systems, AIGC 2026 provides a premier international forum for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to discuss the latest advances, emerging challenges, and future directions in AI-generated content.

In recent years, generative AI has witnessed remarkable breakthroughs in multimodal foundation models, large-scale pretraining, reasoning-enhanced generation, and agent-based intelligence. Beyond text generation, AI-generated images, videos, 3D content, and visual intelligence are becoming increasingly important directions for the future development of AIGC. The rapid progress of text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, neural rendering, 3D/AR/VR content generation, computational imaging, and multimodal visual understanding technologies has significantly expanded the capability of machines to perceive, understand, create, and collaborate across diverse forms of content.

Meanwhile, new research directions—including generative agents, world models, embodied intelligence, efficient model adaptation, synthetic data generation, AI-assisted imaging, and trustworthy generative AI—are reshaping the landscape of intelligent content creation. These advances are enabling more controllable, personalized, and context-aware generation systems, while also raising important questions regarding evaluation, safety, copyright, authenticity, and responsible deployment.

Building on the success of AIGC 2023 (Shanghai), AIGC 2024 (Beijing), and AIGC 2025 (Hangzhou), the AIGC conference series has established itself as a growing platform for academic exchange and technological innovation in the field of AI-generated content. Previous editions have brought together researchers and experts from leading universities, research institutes, and industry communities worldwide, fostering discussions on fundamental algorithms, emerging applications, and the societal impact of generative AI. AIGC 2026 continues this tradition by creating opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing among global scholars and practitioners.

The conference will feature keynote speeches from distinguished experts, invited talks, technical paper sessions, poster sessions, and interactive discussions covering a broad range of topics, including:

  • AI-generated image, video, audio, text, and 3D content
  • Multimodal foundation models and large-scale generative AI systems
  • Text-to-image, text-to-video, image-to-video, and 3D content generation
  • Visual intelligence, multimodal visual understanding, and creative visual generation
  • Computational imaging, computational photography, and AI-assisted optical imaging applications
  • Image/video processing, enhancement, restoration, super-resolution, and editing
  • Neural rendering, digital humans, virtual reality, augmented reality, and immersive content generation
  • Generative agents, reasoning, planning, and autonomous content creation
  • Diffusion models, generative transformers, and next-generation generative architectures
  • Controllable generation, personalization, and human-AI interaction
  • Synthetic data generation and AI-driven simulation
  • Generative AI for media, entertainment, education, healthcare, robotics, and industrial applications
  • Efficient training, model compression, model adaptation, and open-source generative models
